• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store settings on your device.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of any subscription period if you cancel during an active subscription period.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellations

All refund requests and subscription cancellations are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not process refunds or cancellations directly. To request a refund or cancel a subscription:

• For subscriptions: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings or App Store settings on your device.
• For in-app purchases: Request a refund through Apple's standard refund process via the App Store or by contacting Apple Support.
• Apple's refund policy and terms apply to all purchases made through the App Store.

We are not responsible for Apple's refund or cancellation decisions. Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations should be directed to Apple Support.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time. Price changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been purchased and are active. You will be notified of any price changes before your next subscription renewal.

5. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Share your account with others or allow others to access your account
• Violate any intellectual property rights related to the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Florian Schweizer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florian Schweizer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
